"What's up with this VOID??"

Full joy, peace, satisfaction, and fulfillment come from knowing Christ, and Christ alone. Your lonely time, your bored time, your sad time, your confused time- all provide a time for you to reach out to God and get to know him. He needs to be your everything. He is your peace, your love, your comfort and fulfillment. But you have to do your part in reaching out to him, and making the effort to KNOW him. Knowing people doesn’t matter. Having things does not matter. Your career, your education, your relationships (romantic or otherwise), and even your family cannot define who you are if you are a child of God. We know the power of his resurrection, but I challenge you to get to know the fellowship of his suffering. Die to your selfish desires daily. Press in to what God sees fit for your life. Knowing him is loving him, and loving him is serving him. He is so eager to have a relationship with you. He very much wants to talk to you, communicate with you. And he wants you to KNOW him. He wants you to KNOW his face, and be able to recognize it. This is what is missing from your fulfillment of peace. It’s not more money, it’s not a spouse, it’s not your location. It is the lack of fellowship with the Lord. He has every good intention for you, and he will move in your life in an awesome way. Trust him.

Philippians 3:10 (NIV) I want to know Christ- yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death.

Psalm 17:15 (NIV) As for me, I will be vindicated and will see your face; when I awake, I will be satisfied with seeing your likeness.

Understanding < Peace

Philippians 4:7 (NIV) And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

The peace that the Apostle Paul spoke of was a peace that is of a higher level. The peace that passes understanding represents peace through Christ Jesus, which transcends whatever it is that you understand to be your problem or issue.

The peace that you have through Christ is GREATER than your own human understanding, so it trumps every time.

Learn to accept and receive what is already yours (unearthly, heavenly, spiritual, and divine peace) through Jesus Christ, and know that this peace is greater than what you can comprehend, and certainly greater than what you are dealing with.
